Qualifications

• Hands-on technical skills in operating pavement striping machines, sprayers, and related tools.
• Experience or aptitude in construction, facilities, or field service work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, ensuring accurate striping, markings, and coatings meeting project specifications.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and regulations; use PPE and traffic controls as required.
• Physical capability to work outdoors in heat, cold, or inclement weather for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to Fort Worth, TX job sites and flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed.
• Willingness to learn company processes, equipment operation, and parking management system installations.

Responsibilities
