Job summary

On-Site Health & Safety is seeking a Field Technician (Paramedic, Phlebotomist, or LPN) in Blue Springs, MO to support occupational health at diverse worksites. You will respond to health and safety incidents, conduct health screenings, and perform blood draws when certified.

We offer a 5-day/8-hour week, competitive $20-$30/hour pay, a company vehicle, paid training, comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, and on-call stipends for select overnight/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Paramedic, Military Medic, or equivalent

• Must be insurable by motor vehicle policy with driving history

We're seeking dedicated professionals with education or experience in:

• Paramedic, Military Medic, or equivalent

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 21 years of age
• Must be insurable by our motor vehicle insurance policy (minimum 3 years driving history or documented defensive driving training; no severe driving record "hits")
• Pass a criminal background check (as permitted by law)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance with drug testing policy requirements.

Additional Notes:

• Field Technicians must be excellent communicators, comfortable with public speaking, and able to articulate instructions clearly.
• You should be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
• Willingness to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods and long distances is essential.
