Spectrum is hiring a Field Technician in Ohio to install and repair services and educate customers on usage. This entry-level role provides training and a clear path for advancement within our self-progression program.

You will be on the front lines, solving technical challenges, supporting customers, and building a long-term career with Spectrum. This role emphasizes outdoor work and professional growth from day one.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from customer locations.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical: Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Valid Driver’s license with a safe driving record as per company standards.
• Physical: Lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, work outdoors and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on use of services.
• Work outdoors in varying environments; complete on-the-job training and progression.
