Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Field Technician in Ohio to install and repair services and educate customers on usage. This entry-level role includes comprehensive training and a clear path for career progression through a self-progression program, with pay starting from day one.

You will work outdoors, travel to customer sites, and use hand tools while developing technical skills and building relationships with customers and colleagues as you grow.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical: Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent in using hand tools.
• Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, reliability.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record required.
• Physical: Lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services for customers.
• Educate customers on how to use services and equipment.
• Work outdoors using hand tools and drive to customer sites as needed.
