Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician in Ohio to install and repair services and educate customers on usage. This entry-level role provides on-the-job training and a clear path for career progression, with pay increases through our self-progression program.

You will work outdoors, use hand tools and computer apps, travel to customer sites, and build relationships with customers while supporting their connectivity needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent in using hand tools.
• Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Spectrum services at customer sites.
• Educate customers on product usage and troubleshooting.
• Work outdoors and travel to multiple locations; operate company vehicle as needed.
