Job summary

RISETEK Global is seeking a Field Technician to support our advanced parking system project across Volusia County, including on- and off-beach locations. The role involves installing and maintaining solar-powered components, 5G connectivity, and LPR-equipped gates and kiosks.

Candidates should have an associate degree in electronics/IT or related field, and experience in field service, preferably in parking systems. Expect outdoor work in varied weather and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Electronics, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience as a field service technician, preferably in parking systems or related industries.
Strong understanding of solar power, networking, and IoT devices.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain solar power setups that energize parking system components.
Ensure optimal functionality of 5G connectivity equipment for seamless system operations.
Service and repair parking gates, payment kiosks, and LPR cameras.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime.
Respond promptly to on-site service calls and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Collaborate with the project team to improve system performance and user experience.
Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system updates.
Adhere to safety protocols and local regulations while performing duties.
