Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on their use. This entry-level role includes training to help you succeed and opportunities to progress and increase earnings.

As you grow from Field Technician I to IV, you'll see 10% increases per level and bonuses for completing coursework. You can earn $20+/hr from day one and pursue industry certifications.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Travel to and from customer sites, including in inclement weather.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical: Proficiency with computers and software applications; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Strong communication, time management, organization, and reliability; valid driver’s license.
• Physical: Lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on using Spectrum services.
• Work outdoors and travel between sites.
