Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on their use. This entry‑level role includes training and a clear progression path from Technician I to Technician IV with 10% increases per level and bonus opportunities for coursework.

In this role you will work outdoors, travel to customer sites, and develop hands‑on skills with tools and software while delivering reliable service and customer education.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record within company standards required.
• Physical: Walk over various terrains and weather conditions while carrying tools and equipment; lift up to 75 lbs; climb ladders up to 32 feet; work outdoors in all weather.
