Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on usage. This entry-level role provides training to help you succeed and offers a path to higher pay through our self-progression plan.

You will work outdoors, travel to customer sites, use hand tools, and develop technical skills while earning $20.50/hour from day one with opportunities for promotions to Field Technician II–IV and related roles.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and software applications; comfortable with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on product usage and troubleshooting.
• Travel to various locations and operate company vehicle safely.
