Spectrum is seeking an entry-level Field Technician to install and repair services for residential and business customers. You will educate users on how to operate their Spectrum services and support them on-site at customer premises.

The role emphasizes problem solving, outdoor work, and the opportunity to grow through our self-progression program, with training provided to advance to higher technician levels while earning increases and certifications.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical: Proficiency in using computers and software applications. Competent in using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Spectrum services at customer sites.
• Educate customers on product usage and features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field technical issues.
