Job summary

Spectrum is hiring Field Technicians to install and repair services for residential customers. This entry-level role includes training to help you succeed, with opportunities to progress and increase earnings through our self-progression program.

You will work outdoors, solve technical challenges, and build relationships with colleagues and customers while advancing along the career ladder with scheduled pay increases and potential certifications.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from assigned customer premises, facilities and other locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications. Competent in using hand tools.
• Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record within company standards required.
• Physical: Walk, lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work outdoors in various conditions.

Responsibilities
