Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to travel to customer locations and company facilities.
• Proficiency with computers and software applications; comfortable with hand tools.
• Effective communication, professionalism, time management and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Spectrum services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on use and features of services.
• Work outdoors, in varied environments, with on‑the‑job training and progression opportunities.
