Job summary

WSI Technologies is hiring a Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems at customer sites across the region. You will work in the field, resolving issues and ensuring uptime for public safety, government, and enterprise customers.

You will travel up to 80-85% with a company vehicle provided, and you will manage installations end-to-end while documenting steps and outcomes for tickets. Strong Windows, networking, and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks.
• Experience with ITSM or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Ability to travel up to 80-85% and pass government site clearance.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Installations & Deployments: install and configure WSI systems on-site and test compliance.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.
• Customer Service & Documentation: maintain service records and communicate updates.
