Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Field Technician - Water Operations in Wellsboro, PA. You will set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and water systems supporting oil & gas activities on rotating schedules. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

This full-time field role requires safety adherence, teamwork, and comfort with outdoor, 12-hour shifts and overnight travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments.
• Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems.
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment.
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs.
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Travel to job sites as needed (often overnight).
• Field-Based - Full-Time
• 12-hour shifts possible.
• Travel and overnight stays as required.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
