Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a Field Technician to support Oil & Gas Operations/Water Operations in Rome, PA. You will set up and operate water transfer systems, monitor equipment, and follow safety SOPs in a field environment.

No prior experience required as training will be provided; the role involves outdoor, physically demanding work with potential overnight travel and 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments.
• Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems.
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment.
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs.
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Travel to job sites as needed (often overnight).
• Field-Based - Full-Time.
• 12-hour shifts possible.
• Travel and overnight stays as required.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Description

As a Field Technician - Water Operations, you’ll be hands-on in the field-setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities. You’ll work on rotating schedules depending on location and project needs.

No Experience required, we will train you!
