Job summary

Paramount Contracting Inc. is seeking an experienced multi-trade technician for commercial construction and storage facility maintenance in Phoenix, AZ.

You will execute structural assemblies and install advanced security and access control systems, driving on-site progress from rough-in to systems configuration. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience across framing, drywall, and hardware, with the ability to read blueprints and electrical/low-voltage diagrams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on multi-trade experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in structural framing, finish carpentry, drywall, and hardware.
• Ability to read and extract measurements from engineering plans.

Responsibilities

• Execute physical building assemblies including structural framing, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot security camera networks and access control systems.
• Interpret architectural blueprints and low-voltage schematics.
• Conduct real-time field troubleshooting and on-site diagnostics.
• Oversee job site prep, spacing, and heavy material handling.
• Ensure repairs and hardware integrations comply with building codes.
• Coordinate daily with project managers and external trades.
