Job summary

Onterris Payroll, LLC seeks a part-time OGI Field Technician to perform hydrocarbon fugitive emission and leak detection at field sites. You will work with industry-leading detection technologies and collect emission data to support environmental monitoring efforts.

Ideal candidates have Oil & Gas industry experience, proficiency with Excel and Office, and a valid driver's license. Willingness to travel and work outdoors in all weather is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oil and Gas industry (preference for natural gas processing/transmission facility experience)
• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency; Android OS familiarity
• Driver's license required
• Degree in engineering technology or related field preferred; related hydrocarbon detection experience helpful

Responsibilities

• Assisting in coordinating and navigating to facilities with maps and GPS
• Calibrating and maintaining equipment
• Using detection and measurement technologies under supervision
• Collecting and recording emission data
• Preparing field reports as required
