Job summary

ProFormance Builder Solutions is seeking a Field Technician in Orlando to handle, deliver, and manage building materials on new construction sites. You will ensure QC standards, follow the Field Tech SOP, and assist with warehouse material flows.

The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate shortages and discrepancies to management. This is a full-time position with daily field activities and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proven strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and adherence to SOPs.
• Experience in construction or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle and deliver building materials daily to new construction homes using Skedulo.
• Complete delivery work orders in Skedulo as deliveries are made.
• Pick up and return excess materials to the warehouse after installation.
• Visit job sites daily to confirm work orders are on schedule and QC is met.
• QC check installations to ensure standards are met and document with photos.
• Close out jobs in Skedulo and keep sites clean and organized.
• Communicate shortages, overages, and discrepancies to Area Manager.
• Upload photo documentation and relay information to Branch/Area Management.
