Job summary

The Field Technician role at ProFormance Builder Solutions focuses on handling and delivering building materials to new construction sites, while ensuring QC standards and following the Field Tech SOP for photo documentation and reporting.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with Area Managers, maintaining clean sites, and ensuring timely completion of work orders. Weekend work may be required; a valid driver’s license and ability to lift materials are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift and transport materials.
• Experience in construction or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and deliver building materials daily to new construction homes using Skedulo.
• Complete delivery work orders in Skedulo as deliveries are made.
• Assist warehouse with loading/unloading box trucks.
• QC check installations to meet ProFormance standards and document outcomes.
• Communicate shortages and discrepancies to local Area Manager.
