Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services, educating customers on proper usage and troubleshooting. This entry‑level role offers on‑the‑job training and a clear progression path with increases as you advance through technician levels, plus opportunities to earn industry certifications.

You will work outdoors, travel to customer premises, and use basic hand tools and computer software.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Travel to and from customer premises and locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical: Proficiency with computers and software; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Strong communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Valid Driver's license with safe driving record.
• Physical: Walk varied terrain, lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work outdoors.
