Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on their use. This entry‑level role includes training and an opportunity to progress, increasing earnings through our self‑progression program.

You will work outdoors, travel to customer locations, and build strong relationships with customers and teammates. A valid driver’s license, strong English, and the ability to work in varied conditions are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from customer premises, facilities and other locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Valid Driver's license with safe driving record within company standards.

Responsibilities
