Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services, educate customers, and support field operations. This entry-level position offers training, advancement through a self-progression program, and a path to higher earnings with progression levels and bonuses.

You will work outdoors, travel to customer sites, and use tools to diagnose and fix issues while building customer relationships and ensuring safety and reliability in service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with computers and software; able to use hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Excellent communication, time management, organization, responsibility and reliability.
• Willing to travel to customer premises and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services for customers.
• Educate customers on product usage and best practices.
