Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring a Field Mechanic in the United States. The role offers a $2,500 sign‑on bonus and pays weekly, with typical hours Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM and overtime eligibility. You’ll repair and maintain diesel equipment, ensuring reliability and safety across our rental fleet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a diesel mechanic with construction equipment or rental background.
• Proficient troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and hydraulic systems, diesel engines, including Tier 4 and aftertreatment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, and test equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform routine service including checking fluid levels and lubrication.
• Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance and repair records, including warranties.
