Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. in Colton, CA is seeking a Field Service Mechanic to diagnose, repair and maintain construction equipment on site. You will work on electrical, hydraulic and diesel systems and must bring your own tools.

This role requires a strong mechanical background and hands-on problem solving. Starting pay is $35.50–$45 per hour, paid weekly, with a Monday–Friday morning schedule and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Mechanical experience of 5+ years troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing all types of construction equipment.
• Experience in Electrical, Hydraulic and Diesel Engine repairs.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing equipment (not just preventative maintenance).
• Welding and fabrication is a plus.
• Must own the tools you need to do the job.
• A DOT medical card is required – we can help you obtain it.
