Job Title: Field Technician II

Responsibilities:

• Perform testing and maintenance on High, Medium, and Low electrical power equipment.
• Consult manuals, schematics, and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize equipment performance.
• Document all tests, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain safety policies during all tasks.

Qualifications:

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willing to work overtime and travel.
• Valid driver’s license with a good record.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with voltage verification, insulation resistance, test setup, reading schematics, and understanding electrical hazards.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s in Electrical/Electronic Technology or military experience preferred.
• 2-4 years relevant industry experience.
• NETA II Certification.

Physical Requirements:

• Climb ladders, stand for extended periods, lift up to 70 lbs.
