Job summary

Villa is seeking a dependable handyman/carpenter to complete repair and maintenance tasks on our projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Duties include painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry, roofing and siding repairs, plus basic electrical and plumbing issues.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong emphasis on reliability, safety, and ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Compensation ranges from $30 to $40 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in home improvement or related trades.
• Clean driving record and willingness to drive to Bay Area locations.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights when needed.
• Experience with basic drywall, painting, flooring, and carpentry.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prep and detail work to prepare newly built homes for turnover to clients.
• Warranty repairs and root-cause investigations.
• Drywall patching, texturing and painting as needed.
• Tile or flooring installation assistance.
• Trim carpentry and exterior siding tasks; basic electrical/plumbing maintenance.
