This role involves various repair and maintenance tasks for newly built homes, including drywall patching, painting, and basic electrical and plumbing work. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in home improvement, and a clean driving record is required for driving company vehicles. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in home improvement.
• Clean driving record required to drive company vehicle.
• Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prep and detail work to prepare newly built homes for turnover to clients.
• Warranty repairs and investigations to determine root cause.
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance & installation (non-licensed work).
