Villa Homes in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a dependable handyman/carpenter capable of completing various repair and finishing tasks on projects, including painting, drywall patching, flooring installation, carpentry, roofing and siding repairs, and basic electrical/plumbing issues as needed. Previous experience in electrician, plumbing, or carpentry roles is a plus.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dependable person with handyman/carpenter skills that can complete various repair and maintenance tasks on our projects. Home repair & finishing job duties include painting, patching drywall, installing LVP flooring, carpentry, roofing repairs, siding repairs, basic prep & detail, and punch list repairs of newly installed pre-fabricated homes. Responsibilities may also involve solving basic electrical and plumbing issues. Previous experience working as an electrician, plumber, or carpenter is a plus.

We are hiring for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area.
