Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair heavy Caterpillar equipment; perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Two to five years' experience with heavy equipment; MSHA certification preferred.
• Ability to read manuals, use diagnostic laptops, gauges, and instruments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer or company machines per directives.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and general machine upkeep.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders; order parts as needed.
• Load/unload equipment; comply with OSHA safety rules.
