Qualifications

• Experience with heavy equipment or construction equipment.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Comfort with field work and travel across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot machine control, GPS guidance, and sensors on heavy equipment.
• Travel to customer sites across the U.S. up to 80%.
• Provide hands-on support and training to operators.
• Diagnose issues and fix problems in real time.
• Record service visits with detailed notes for the team.
