Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–3 years in field-based outdoor roles preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Industry certifications such as ACI Level 1 are preferred or obtainable.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA guidelines is essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office and field data collection software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and laboratory testing of soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate to verify specs and standards.
• Collect, label, and transport samples to laboratories for testing.
• Prepare detailed test reports and documentation for project managers.
• Maintain testing equipment per company and manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate site conditions and progress to dispatch and supervisors.
• Adhere to project timelines and safety protocols, including PPE usage.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle and schedule maintenance.
• Travel up to 70% to support projects in multiple locations.
