Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is seeking a Field Technician to join our team. You’ll play a key role in solving foundation and concrete issues at homeowners’ sites, while delivering a remarkable customer experience.

This position offers hands-on work with travel to customer locations, on-site installations, and opportunities for growth within a supportive, values-driven culture. We emphasize training and career development as part of everyday work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to walk, kneel and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability.
• Travel ability as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the company vehicle for each job.
• Travel to customers’ homes to perform installations.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment on site.
• Unload and clean the vehicle after returning from a job.
• Install each job using approved, quality-driven methods.
