Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Service Technician who blends hands-on technical know-how with consultative sales to protect homeowners’ foundations. You’ll meet homeowners, assess needs, present proven systems, and earn base pay plus commissions while building long-term relationships.

In this role you will inspect and service existing foundation repair and water management solutions, offer additional options, and support customers through ongoing maintenance and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
• Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred
• Proven customer relations experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers
• Travel to customers' homes for appointments
• Build long-term relationships with customers and represent the company
• Recommend additional products/services to enhance or improve installations
• Perform annual maintenance visits and diagnose issues
• Inspect solutions installed by the company and document status
