The ideal candidate will be capable of lifting 40 pounds, communicate professionally, and work efficiently under tight deadlines. Training on techniques and tools will be provided as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and be able to climb a ladder.
• Experience with basic carpentry, plumbing, drywall work, and other miscellaneous construction tasks.
• Must be able to communicate professionally with foremen and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & clean model homes and job sites.
• Assist with scheduling subcontractors and enforcing quality work.
• Repair and clean any pending details needed before final walkthrough.
