Job summary

Systems Northwest seeks field technicians of all levels to install, service and program fire alarm, access control, CCTV and related low-voltage systems in Missoula, Bozeman, Kalispell, Helena, and Billings, MT.

Based near your chosen city, you will travel statewide, perform installations, testing, and maintenance, and provide quality customer service. Overtime and on-call work are expected; NICET certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with basic computer skills and electrical theory understanding; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and quality installations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance, on-site troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire alarm and low-voltage systems.
• Install new systems and maintain records of work and time.
• Work unsupervised on projects and service orders and travel weekly across Montana; overtime and on-call required.
