Job summary

Impact Fire Services, LLC seeks a Fire Alarm Technician to install, service, inspect, test, and program fire alarm systems across West Montana, reporting to the Billings office. You will maintain a clean vehicle, work safely, and coordinate with city listing agents as needed.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and knowledge of fire alarm codes. A valid license and relevant experience are essential, with relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Fire Alarm installation experience preferred.
• Electrical background is a plus.
• Programming on Edwards a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
• Appropriate use of required tools and test equipment to repair or replace fire alarm components.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of fire alarm codes and standards.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Installations, service work, inspections, testing, repairs, and programming of fire alarm systems.
• Experience bending and installing conduit is a plus.
• Learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain applicable state licensing.
• Work in a safe manner as outlined by company safety procedures including driving and PPE.
