Job summary

Nelson Brothers Mining Services, LLC is seeking a capable field operator to assist the blaster in charge and support routine truck and equipment tasks on site in Gillette, Wyoming.

Responsibilities include wiring shots, loading holes and product, performing minor maintenance, and ensuring safety. You will operate blend trucks and a Bobcat stemming holes, with a focus on reliability and teamwork in a mining environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist blaster in charge with wiring of shot.
• Loads holes using blend truck and blend truck pumps and equipment.
• Checks trucks for any needed maintenance.
• Performs minor routine maintenance on truck and equipment.
• Loads trucks with product.
• Prepares holes to receive product.
• Operates Bobcat stemming holes.
• Performs all duties in a safe manner, being responsible for the safety of yourself and the employees around you.
• Performs other duties as deemed necessary by the Company.
