Job summary

Nelson Brothers Mining Services, LLC is seeking a mining laborer to assist with shot wiring, load materials into trucks, and perform routine maintenance on equipment in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities include operating blend trucks and Bobcat stemming holes, preparing holes for products, and performing other duties as required by the company. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with emphasis on safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist blaster in charge with wiring of shot.
• Load holes using blend truck and blend truck pumps and equipment.
• Check trucks for any needed maintenance.
• Perform minor routine maintenance on truck and equipment.
• Load trucks with product.
• Prepare holes to receive product.
• Operate Bobcat stemming holes.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner, being responsible for the safety of yourself and the employees around you.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Company.
