Pace Analytical Services, LLC is hiring a Field Technician in the New York area to support environmental sampling across air, soil, and water. You will travel to sites, collect and test samples, and maintain accurate documentation.

The role offers structured field operations and ongoing professional development within a nationwide laboratory network. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, lab or environmental experience is preferred, and you must have a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a laboratory or environmental setting is preferred.
• Experience in related work preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required and the ability to travel with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer and environmental testing sites.
• Collect, process and test environmental samples including air, soil, water, and related media.
• Perform field services using standard environmental practices and document results.
• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents and materials as required.
• Prepare vehicles for daily field operations and maintain logs and forms accurately.
• Assist with researching and resolving operational or customer issues.
• Support implementation of field programs to meet operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and contribute to team improvements.
