Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of mechanical repair experience or an equivalent combination of experience and technical education is required.
• Experience using personal computers and basic typing skills is required.
• Med Card and CDL preferred; MVR is required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and follows all applicable safety standards and procedures.
• Plans and performs minor repairs using correct tools and procedures.
• Performs repairs on engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical components: remove, install, disassemble, reassemble; minor adjustments as needed.
• Performs preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrates proper use of service information systems.
• Orders and returns parts for assigned jobs in a timely manner.
• Tests and adjusts components for optimal performance.
• Works independently in the field as required.
