Qualifications

• 1–3 years of mechanical repair experience.
• Proficiency in written communication.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfort with computers and general IT.
• Troubleshooting abilities.
• Parts identification skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and performs minor repairs using correct tools and procedures.
• Orders and return parts for assigned jobs in timely manner.
• Ability to perform tasks on basic components: engine, hydraulic, transmission, and electrical: remove, install, disassemble, reassemble, minor adjustments.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance per factory guidelines.
• Demonstrates proper use of service information systems.
• Works as helper in field service with experienced Technician as required.
• Adheres to and follows all safety standards and procedures.
• Works independently in the field as required.
