Crystal River Spas in Carbondale, CO is seeking a Field Technician to join our water maintenance team. The role involves testing and balancing water chemistry, performing drain/clean services, and assisting with deliveries or repairs across Rifle to Aspen.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in water chemistry and sanitization systems
• Test, diagnose and balance water chemistry to company standards using supplied water care products and test kits
• Interact with customers professionally and advise on operations
• Clean and maintain filters, controls and other spa parts
• Accurate completion of service visit documentation
• Willingness to work independently, with a team as needed
• Drain and clean services
• Support spa and sauna deliveries with a team and lead
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Hourly Wage : $25.00

Schedule: M-F Full-Time

Job Summary: For the past 40+ years, our locally owned business has become the Hot Tub Experts in the Roaring Fork Valley. We are the exclusive distributor of Hot Springs Spas, Caldera Spas, and Endless Pools Fitness Systems. Our goal is to deliver a world-class customer experience. Crystal River Spas is looking for the right individual to work with our water maintenance service team where you will assist in maintaining our weekly and bi-weekly customers, perform drain and clean services, and assist with deliveries or repairs (as needed). Our service area covers Rifle to Aspen. Successful candidates should be a people person, hardworking, honest and comfortable working independently and with a team.

Technician Responsibilities:

• Commit to becoming an expert in water chemistry and various sanitization systems
• Testing, diagnosing and balancing water chemistry to company standards using supplied water care products and test kits
• Ability to interact with customers in a competent and professional manner with the ability to answer questions and advise customers on operations
• Clean and maintain filters, controls and other spa parts and accessories
• Accurate completion of all necessary documentation of service visits
• Willingness to work independently, along with a team as needed
• Drain and clean services
• Support spa and sauna deliveries with a team and lead
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager

Required Qualifications/Skills:
