Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is hiring a Construction Equipment Field Technician to diagnose and repair crushing and screening equipment. The successful candidate will join a team of established technicians and work directly with customers, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a technical background, and a willingness to obtain a DOT medical card. A valid driver's license is required, with CDL preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduates of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Willingness to obtain a DOT medical card if not already certified.
• CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain crushing and screening equipment.
• Diagnose and repair equipment independently.
• Communicate and problem-solve with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Work in an industrial environment with exposure to noise, heat, and cold.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and meet DOT/CBE requirements for operating company vehicles.
