This entry-level role offers hands-on training under the Field Operations Manager and clear opportunities for growth within the expanding utility industry.

You will gain valuable field experience, with progression paths toward crew lead roles as you develop technical skills and safety expertise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to walk 7,000–10,000 steps daily across varied terrain.
• Comfort around sewer systems (PPE provided).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs occasionally; 10-20 lbs regularly.
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Driver qualifications and medical clearance may apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, locate, and maintain robotic inspection equipment.
• Deploy equipment into pipelines using cranes or hooks.
• Set up safe work zones with traffic control.
• Mark locations on-site with utility marking paint.
