Under the Field Operations Manager, you will gain hands‑on experience, with clear paths for career growth within the utility sector. Travel and outdoor work are required, with comprehensive safety protocols and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to walk 7,000–10,000 steps daily across different terrain.
• Comfortable around sewer systems (PPE provided).
• Able to lift/carry 50+ lbs occasionally; 10–20 lbs regularly.
• Basic familiarity with smartphones, tablets and computers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, locating and maintaining robotic inspection equipment.
• Deploy inspection equipment into pipelines using cranes or hooks.
• Set up and maintain safe work zones, including traffic control and flagging.
• Mark locations on the job site with utility marking paint.
