These solutions combine electronic monitoring technology, alcohol and substance abuse testing, and community-based offender management programs.

The Field Technician provides a service to the contracted Department by handling monitoring equipment installations, orientations, removals, and troubleshooting. Duties will also include participant data entry into user interface and communication with agency personnel regarding alerts and installations. In addition, this position requires cleaning, testing, orders, returns, retrieval, and overall management of equipment and supply inventory.
