Location: Victor, NY

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Approx. 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation: $20–$25/hour entry-level | $30+/hour experienced

Curran Development Group is partnering with a reputable commercial construction firm serving the Rochester and Western New York region to hire motivated Field Technicians for hands-on roles in construction and field operations.

This is a hands‑on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning practical skills, and being part of a team‑oriented environment. No prior construction experience is required — we are willing to train candidates with strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Projects may involve a mix of indoor and outdoor work and can include carpentry, framing, drywall, finish work, demolition, excavation support, material handling, and general construction activities depending on the needs of each project.

Schedule & Location

• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Overtime opportunities may be available based on project needs but are not required
• Based out of Victor, NY
• Most jobsites are located within approximately one hour of Victor
