Job summary

First Point Construction LLC in Colorado is seeking a Field Technician to join our fast-growing, family-owned team. You will perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing and related handyman tasks with a focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

We offer 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime. Pay range is $22.00–$28.00 per hour, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, and PTO. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Carpenter/Craftsman or in construction.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proven experience using hand and power tools.
• Basic math skills and good communication.
• Well-organized, detail oriented with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Meet quality and satisfaction goals to uphold the company brand.
• Perform basic handyman home repairs and tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and management, provide feedback.
