Job summary

DISH is seeking a Field Technician to install and service TV and Smart Home solutions in customers’ homes across Michigan. You will represent the DISH brand and deliver a world-class customer experience, training to upsell smart-home opportunities.

We offer a 4-day work week with overtime, paid training, benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and a company-provided van and tools.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet, and in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license in the state you are seeking employment with, with a driving record that meets DISH safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily, delivering TV and Smart Home solutions.
• Consult homeowners on smart home possibilities and educate customers on services.
