Judit Inc. is seeking a motivated Field Technician to join the installation team. The role supports access control, CCTV, structured cabling, and IT projects across a diverse client base.

This hands-on, field-based position suits a technician with foundational low-voltage skills who is eager to cross-train. The successful candidate will install and test cabling and devices, run conduit, assist with programming, and perform basic IT tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in low-voltage install, structured cabling, electrical, or security systems.
• Basic understanding of access control, CCTV, structured cabling, or IT networking; cross-training encouraged.
• Comfort with hand and power tools, ladders, and lifts.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow install instructions.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/fiber) in commercial environments.
• Install CCTV cameras, access control readers, door hardware, and related devices per drawings.
• Run conduit and cable pathways per code and specs.
• Assist with programming of access control panels, CCTV recorders, and network gear under supervision.
• Perform basic IT tasks: cable termination, patch panel labeling, rack organization.
• Test and troubleshoot systems before turnover to client.
• Maintain clean, safe job site and manage tools/materials/inventory.
• Document daily site activities with photos, usage, and time.
• Communicate professionally with clients and contractors on site.
